SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We make every effort to ship out your order within two business days from the date that you place your order.
We are not responsible for USPS packages lost in transit.
RETURN POLICY:
We hope that you are always happy with your purchase! If something does not work out we will accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the date of order confirmation. Please send all return requests via email to fleurdelisboutiqueflorida@gmail.com and request a store credit. A shipping label will be provided for all approved returns and the amount of shipping will be deducted from the final return amount. Once the item(s) is received and processed, the store credit will be issued.

Fleur de Lis Boutique Florida will accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of in store purchase and/or delivery.

Items must be in new original condition with tags attached and free from perfume scents, makeup stains, and pet hair.

Non-returnable Items Include:
Sale and discounted items, accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, purses, and hair items) , bralettes, intimates, bodysuits, and hats cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these guidelines.
