Refund policy

In Store & Online Return Policy

We hope that you are always happy with your purchase! If something does not work out we will accept returns for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of your purchase. Online returns will be accepted 14 days from the date of order confirmation. 

HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY: All purchases made December 1-December 25th 2025 may be returned through January 10th, 2026 for store credit or exchange only. 

For online returns, please send all return requests via email to fleurdelisboutiqueflorida@gmail.com to request a store credit. A shipping label will be provided for all approved returns and the amount of shipping will be deducted from the final return amount. Once the item(s) is received and processed, the store credit, minus return shipping, will be issued. 

All eligible return merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original tags attached with no makeup stains, or perfume smell.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. 

All accessories, bodysuits, bras, and panties are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
