we are not responsible for USPS packages lost in transit.

RETURN POLICY:

We hope that you are always happy with your purchase! If something does not work out we will accept returns within 14 days of the date of order confirmation. Please send all return requests via email to fleurdelisboutiqueflorida@gmail.com and request either a refund or store credit. A shipping label will be provided for all approved returns and the amount of shipping will be deducted from the final return amount. Once the item(s) is received and processed, the refund, minus return shipping, will be issued. If you choose a store credit your return shipping is free!

All eligible return merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these guidelines.
